False. You obviously need to re-read my post again in the correct intended context.
And I quote: "Did you miss the part where the Xbox One chip retains partial backwards compatibility with prior consoles in hardware? PC doesn't have that... Rather. It can't."
And the reason is simple. The propriety formats that various xbox's use are exclusive to those platforms, whilst AMD could incorporate such tech into it's chips, nVidia and Intel are under no such obligations.
