If either SO4 or ToV were put on the 360 through moneyhatting, they would be on the 360 permanantly but both games have the possibility of a PS3 version.
Besides, if the companies were really moneyhatted, Mircosoft would be in big trouble since moneyhatting is technically bribing which is a federal offense(meaning it is illegal)
