Sony has already begun showing a touch of hubris with their ongoing refusal to allow cross-platform online play (which makes perfect sense, mind you)... I'm curious to see over the coming year if they keep a clear head on their shoulders or become too overconfident.

The main issue is that shareholders always want to hear your plan for increasing profits even when they've grown enormously already, and it often leads companies to embark on policies or services that aren't particularly consumer friendly (just look at EA for instance). Just about every time a company has dominated the video game industry they eventually overestimated their brand's draw and made a serious error. Being the leader is an oddly difficult place to be at times lol
