The main character and his female sidekick spend most of their time hunting down and killing magic users in his quest to find the one who gave him the head of a lizard. He doesn't remember that happening or his life before but he doesn't let that stop him. They are residents of the city of Hole, a dark and violent place that magic users often visit in order to use the inhabitants as guinea pigs. On the other side of the magic door portals, important magic users are trying to find out information about the lizard-headed guy who is killing their agents so they can hunt him down instead. They want to discover who experimented on him and how they made him immune to magic. It's gory, bloody, violent, and sometimes disgusting. The art style sometimes looks like independent comics from the 1980s. Despite that, however, I find it to be really entertaining and amusing.

That is definitely a wicked art style. It's got a messy pencil look, which looks really cool, as well as quite a bit of detail on the clothes. That lizard guy paired with that girl is a pretty cool duo as well. One of the most interesting things I've seen in a good while, haha.
