I really loved Breath of the Wild as a whole. It is the Zelda game I have been waiting for every since Link to the Past was released. Having said that, I've never given a damn about the story in a Zelda game, and Breath of the Wild is no different. I found the characters in Breath of the Wild annoying most of the time, and the plot was mildly interesting but nothing special. I just don't play Zelda for the story.
