Japan is becoming less relevant for Sony. You have to ask yourself - why aren’t they making Japanese-centric games? A JRPG? An anime game or anime tie-in game?
Even more than that, we have to look at the Japanese culture and way of life. They live in small boxes and spend a lot of their time outside. Console gaming just doesn’t suit them anymore.
