Can you dock tablets into TV's? Do tablets have motion sensing controllers with HD rumble?

The switch is obviously more than a tablet and is doing unique stuff. It's not that hard to see.

Yes I can dock My Dell Tab into my TV. I can also add a wireless controller with rumble and motion (PS4) to Windows.
