The UK is the most similar market to the US and according to Bruno's numbers, it's possible that the PS4 outsold the XB1 at almost a 2 to 1 ratio.

I can't imagine such a pronounced disparity in the US, but Sony did burn through what it appears to be a hefty allotment in relatively short order.
