your whole argument so far has been presumably in favour of individual rights under socialism - "How is giving the individuals a say in the matter giving away their individual right?"
and yet above you call socialism "decentralised" while calling a situation based on individual action "centralised"

Socialism is decentralized because all of the workers have a say, unlike the centralized system where only one person is deciding things.
