"So, one person having control is somehow less centralized than multiple people having control?"

if its over their own business yes as opposed to people voting to a government that controls what happens for everyone

do you not realise that you're saying that you want to take the rights of the individual away and have the central body decide what happens for everyone?

hitler's party was the central body in germany

How is giving the individuals a say in the matter giving away their individual right?

because they are voting to a central body or government which then based on the majority decides what happens to the people

the jews were a minority in germany for example and they suffered as a result

the funny thing is that you have now contradicted yourself, look closely -

"Socialists want a decentralized system"

"unlike your hypothetical business where you would be the one making decisions and have control, so the power is centralized in your hands."

your whole argument so far has been presumably in favour of individual rights under socialism - "How is giving the individuals a say in the matter giving away their individual right?"

and yet above you call socialism "decentralised" while calling a situation based on individual action "centralised"
