I had done the eye distance calibration, but not redone the light calibration, on both the frontal view and left view the camera had real trouble detecting the bottom left light, it now seems to be tracking it a LOT better.

I hadn't actually figured out that the move direction is the distance you move in, so I'm quite glad I came here looking for a little help before I gave up on it! Certainly the motion sickness has reduced now I'm not running off at tangents!!!

I haven't used it beyond feeling sick, and I also guessed it would take some acclimation time, third time playing now has been a LOT better. Although still leaving me a little queasy (I have also been unwell the last two days so I have acknowledged that as a source of the problem also)

All in all, it's better, but it's going to take some time, it's good, not BOTW good, but then what do you expect from a primarily Nintendo player!! :P

Comparing the gotg with a mediocre last gen RPG, what do you expect :) BotW in VR would kill me from sleep deprivation!

It speak volumes that I can't stop replaying Skyrim while I already did everything in the game before on a 70 hour play through on ps3. Okami HD couldn't entice me back and while BotW is the best in ages, I won't go back to it for DLC or another play through. Replaying epic RPGs is something that's just not fun for me. VR turns it into an altogether different experience.

Brave move to get your vr legs in Skyrim with full motion. I think you'll be good for everything else if you can stomach that. One last tip, don't play in the complete dark, leave some light on. You might think it should be able to track better in the dark yet I suspect the camera to go to high exposure causing the lights from the headset and move controllers to bloom. Low to medium ambient light seems to work best.
