These laws did not exist until a couple years ago. Everything was fine. Then, government created a "solution" to a problem that didn't exist. Removal of those laws is good.

As for the scenario shown in the OP, that's just speculation. It also isn't automatically bad. I may like it if I can choose to pay for only portions of the internet, or for faster access to some sites over others.

Comcast and Verizon throttled Netflix until the blackmail was paid. This isn't speculation, this happened in 2014, everything was not fine.

Much of this stems from monopolies.  I use to have choice for internet, then Time Warner bought everything, raised prices, and gave worse service.  I now have no choice and without the "big bad government" Time Warner is free to do whatever they want to exploit customers. The situation is awful right now, if anything we need to break up these companies, not give them more power.
