They can pump up the resolution but when it comes to doubling the fps they have their hands tied. The biggest upgrade from next-gen will likely come from the CPU as opposed to the GPU as the Pro/X1X have already made half the leap on the gpu front. But I'm not sure I trust they'll aim for 60fps still, and even if I would like the option of a premium console at launch I definitely don't see that happening. It'll be 3 years later. |
they will never go for 60 fps because a game with 30fps will look waaaay better when it comes to graphics and graphics sell. im a graphics whore myself and bought games before just for the visuals.
