Yep, good catch. I must've screwed up when compiling head to head records.
Anyway I could reason with you about how the boss fights are some of the most complex, interesting ones in 2D Metroid history, or how Aeion provides an well executed mechanic where you can essentially trade health to boost firepower or make difficult attack patterns easier to dodge, or how the ending does a fantastic job of setting up Super Metroid and doing whatever it can to make Other M's consistent focus on "the baby" not quite as awful in retrospect, but it's clear at this point that the fantasy gods have cursed you for your stubbornness. You have turned your back on them, and as a result you will spend eternity the next few weeks rotting at the bottom of the consolation bracket. Nothing I can do could save you now.
