True and it is also easier and more practical for Nintendo to just keep having them do game under the Xenoblade brand and if they really wanted to revisit the story of Xenogears for a remake, do what the concept for Xenosaga was supposed to do and redo the story (with some changes and improvements) underneath the brand they control then having to politic with Square Enix for a brand they pretty much haven't touched in decades.
