Processor speed is variable. not set in stone. processor speed does not separate a Pro/X. Stop trying to split hairs. 

And Sony doubling the RAM in couple months before announcement and launching 6 months later is also the same right? You have no way to warranty that nothing changed because of PS4Pro announcement.
