As a game overall, its story is piss poor compared to previous titles but I'm still having fun exploring and battling. The interaction between the 4 main characters makes up for the poorly executed story lol. |
Episode Prompto makes up for some of the story issues, and to a far lesser extent Gladios. Did you also see the added story to chapter 12. It was two new cutscences, they didn't added much, but It was something. Also episode Ignus looks decent and this comrades DLC adds a TON of lore and includes characters from the movie. Aside from that they have promised another year of dlc/extra content for the game, so it will be interesting to see what becomes of it.
I do agree that the story was rather piss poor though, it had so much potential.
