They declined TenCent from buying them out, I wouldn't imagine them accepting MS's offer. They've already made a ton of money from PuB so far, and likely more if their MMO and the other IP succeed.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
