I cancelled my Battlefront 2 preorder.

You can still get a refund on your preorder through them, but you gotta call and deal with (probably overloaded and grumpy) customer service. Also, despite slashing the prices for earning the heroes, they've also slashed the amount you earn for playing the game dramatically. I'm a big PlayStation fan, and to a far lesser extent a Star Wars fan, but Sony absolutely bid on the wrong horse this holiday IMO.

Yea, already mentioned above. You have to call in and deal with customer service now. Basically they made it hard and annoying, thus most people will just say "f it" and not refund
