You are making the false assertion that the only portable form factors that the PC has is Laptops.

The argument wasn't about the degree of portability, battery life or cost. Don't shift the goal post.

That is entirely subjective of course. Some people actually do prefer the Playstations controller and symmetrical analogue sticks.
