Games get announced at odd times all the time. Especially once a system is launched. For instance, ICO team (which made ICO and Shadow of the Colussus) announced they would be making a game for the PS3 just recently, but not at GDC or E3. After a system launch this happens more frequently. For instance GoW2 is being planned for 360, Dead Rising 2, neither were announced at E3 or GDC.
GDC is a very minor event (for game releases) and I only included it because it would make your task of finding 10 major titles impossible ...
So what is the name of the ICO teams project?
If it doesn't have a name, it can't be counted as a game
