I have it, it's a neat little bit of cross promotion.  It's obtained with a little sidequest.  Basically, a little riddle of sorts takes you to the chests.  It's nothing hard to figure out.

Like a riddle form a new NPC that pops up somewhere in the world or do you get some sort of like just in game letter you can read or something that has the riddle? Don't want to be spoiled, but also don't want to spend 5 hours searching the world for the start.
