Things doesn't scale linearly and sometimes we get quite the surprise...
But the X1 holding 60 fps against PS4 on 30% HW difference makes the IQ seem bigger than Switch at 30fps (which makes the gap half already) needs less downgrade against X1 that isn't like 4x over Switch....
If X1 and PS4 ran the game at 30 fps then a lot more downgrades would be needed for Switch.
