Have I or anyone said it is unplayable on 30 fps?? I even prefer 30fps gaming... but most Nintendo fans here in VGC go on the high horse claiming how 60fps is the most important thing because it affects gameplay that is the only thing that matters in a game.

But the good part is since everyone is saying this looks good, if it doesn't sell on par with the other consoles then there won't be any excuses for it.

Actually, there are some excuses. I've already played this game on PS4, and I guess that some other Switch owners might already have played in other platforms, being PC/PS4/One. Also, the install base is way lower than all the other platforms combined. And the price is also higher in this version. This port is aimed to people who haven't played Doom before on a lower install base, so I guess Bethesda has its expectations in check.

I think the game sold about a million on XOne (according to VGC, not sure if there are official numbers). More than that would be just shocking.

I don't think it have to sell equal to X1, when I say on pair is that it holds a portion of sales that at least attach ratio is similar (and we know when the HW number is smaller the attach ratio for specific games tend to be higher).

But Nintendo fans won't have an excuse for the sales as they usually put it's because it's a bad port, bad game, poor taste, etc.
