feels a bit weird as AMD's latest mobile APU is a beast, but as Intel has a lot of partners in the industry it should still be a great deal for them and get their silicon into many more laptops than before
I doubt that this has any implications for future MS/Sony consoles, as both will be highly advised to ensure backwards compatibility with their following gens and I imagine that's still a good deal easier with AMD CPUs
