It's idiotic the way games are rated. A 5-6 should be ok. 7 good, 8 really good, 9 amazing, 10 GOTY.

Bingo. I've gone over this before, that on a scale of 1-10, 5 should be average, yet when a game gets anything less than an 8, people complain, lol. If I were to ever do reviews, that's how I'd do it.

Is it not based on the grading scale though? 5 is failing, 6 is barely passed or basically failing, 7 is below average, 8 is above average, 9 is good, 10 is great.
