It's somewhat acknowledged in the small letters at the end of the video: "Other names and brands may be claimed as the property of others".
But honestly, I doubt Intel wants to give AMD credit for its products by using some of their brands, and AMD won't talk about it either as it could encourage the purchase of Intel products instead of their own APUs.
