Yeah, that was hilarious XD. You'll learn another move if you follow the golden Koopa in the Lost Kingdom. You can reach more height doing a combo movement with the ground pound+wall jump+Cappy. Man, this game's speedrunnings will be epic.

I tried that move in the seaside kingdom to get up the places in the wall. It didn't work though, so close, yet the wall slopes inward at the wrong place. It was made to use the proper way. It was quite useful in the city. Actually I tried ground pound, high jump, cappy, wall jump, then you can throw cappy again yet he won't dive another time. Long jump + cappy of the tower in the city then sky dive to the the tower with the garbage bin was epic.

However even though the moveset is awesome the game is getting kinda repetitive. I'm almost done at the seaside kingdom, near 300 moons (already did the snow) and a lot of things are getting routine. I guess the koopa races come after the story as I haven't seen them yet?

You haven't beaten the story yet? I think the first level of Koopa races unlock after beaten the area's boss (not 100% sure about this). But when you beat the story, you unlock the "master" level, and that's when I learned some platforming tricks.

About repetitiveness, I think that the game does a clever job in hidding some moons throughout the levels. There were some moments when I legitely said: "fuck, this was clever" XD. Some moons are just there in plain sight, so they don't really contribute to these moments. They just pop out as you explore the level, so it's pretty easy to get to the 500 moons landmark, which I'd say it's the minimum to really appreciate what the game has to offer. With that in mind, I still grin at some moon locations and platforming levels because of their cleverness. You'll unlock some pure platforming levels in the kingdoms when you finish though. I think the game suits to any playstyle, I wouldn't force myself too much into doing everything, you'll always find something you have fun with, and you'll reach this minimum without doing some repetitive tasks.
