Isn't that kind of contradictory? Unless you're suggesting letting mass murderers go the first time and only executing them if they do a second mass murder?

Sorry I meant people that kill more than once. And mass murders or mass shootings. It would suck for someone who got convicted but was innocent and they were killed because of it. So as terrible as it sounds id want that "well this is the 2nd time hes been convicted. He must be a killer"
