Not all those games will be out in 2018.
I think lineups will be as follows in 2018:
Shadow of the Colossus (February)
God of War (March)
MLB The Show 18 (March)
Detroit: Become Human (April/May)
Spiderman (June)
Days Gone (August)
Then of course Sony has 3rd party exclusives like Final Fantasy Dissidia, Ni No Kuni 2, Left Alive, Shenmue 3, etc. to fill in the gaps. And some smaller titles like Concrete Genie, we'll likely see more of these at PSX.
I also think From Software's game will also be out in 2018.
Others like Last of Us 2, Death Stranding and Ghost of Tsushima are almost certainly 2019 titles. But yeah even with that 2018 is still looking to be the best year for PS4 and 2019 could even top that as there might not be as many games we know of yet but those 3 mentioned all look great, and TLOU2 and Death Stranding are easily the most hyped games in Sony's list right now.
