I think these chips are same size or smaller than the ones in the PS4... just its on 14nm.

So probably not that much, but this chip isnt for "next" gen.

Its a 15watt chip ment for ultra thin laptops.

The impressive thing is its a ryzen cpu that has a 1.6teraflop (less than PS4) gpu part...... for only 15watts.

Basically its much stronger than the chip inside the Nintendo Switch.

 

But it points to the CPU & GPU scaleing down really well, both Ryzen & Vega, power effecienty wise at low frenquencies.

A 3.5ghz+ ryzen part with atleast 8 threads for next gen, is basically something you can already assume will be in the PS5.

What would a chip like that cost Sony? Is there anything on the market now that compares to it?
