XB is making sure the performance narrative goes away now, and doesn't come back. Now all they have to do is fix their games problem. New and more first party exclusives are necessary to some degree, and third party exclusivity to XB2, or no exclusivity to any console, is what XB2 needs to accomplish. XB is stopping the leak, and refilling the tank now. Redesigning their ecosystem, especially in terms of games, should happen when XB2 launches. Should happen, but it might not. If XB wants to compete, they will need to though. |
But MS have already said that they will now be releasing their games on both the XBox and PC.
