PC Problems Q&A thread

This may be the stupidest problem ever, but my usb micro sd adapter isn't being recognized by my pc. This is after reinstalling vista. It works in my other computers, but not in this one. It also works in ubuntu, but it's not being recognized by vista. My usbs are working fine btw.
