By the reason you didn't say "polish only" you were basically covering all aspects of the game. So no, when were are talking 20+M budget games I haven't seen any Indie that is really better all around than most AAA.

And I still am covering all aspects of games here... believe it or not, but there are actually people out there that prefer the art styles these indie developers are taking rather than the boring ol' realistic approach that AAA games generally do. Maybe that's hard for you to understand, but it's the truth, some people prefer game worlds to look like other worlds, and not like anorher imitation of our own... that's boring, I've seen enough of my own world, I want something new and exciting to look at, and sometimes a different approach on the art style is the best way to go about that. I could also say something similar about other aspects of the game such as the music too, since there are a lot of indie games with spectacular music out there, which, and I'm going to bold this for you; in my opinion are better than the soundtracks of some AAA games.

This entire back and forth between us is basically me giving my opinion that there are some indie games that are on par, or even better than, AAA games in certain, or even all aspects, while you seem cemented on the idea that nope, it's impossible to have an indie game on the same level as an AAA game, simply because you haven't seen any that do so.

Now I think it'd be best if this were just dropped from here on out, and the discussion go back to Housemarque. If you'd like to talk about the subject of indies and AAA games, maybe make a new thread?

I understand there are people that preffer it, but I keep on the "it is an exageration". And you lost my interest on this conversation when you gone to "boring old realism", yet not talking about the even older sprites and cellshading. When majority of the cartoony games take roots in the looks of our world just stylizing it and several realistic games have looks out of this world your excuse for being tired of your world is off.

And I don't care about this being your opinion or mine. When you said your remark about Indies over AAA you weren't putting you preffer, you were putting it objectively and that it was broad.
