Being a braziilian... most games come here with like 5 or 6 audio options and most Sony games come with portuguese sub/dub...
I see little reason for the game to not have Japanese.
And considering the Mongol said they learned the language for the most part there is no reason for they to be talking in mongolian unless they don't wan't to be understood... let's see how SP will do it.
