What makes the average Nintendo game hold its value so well compared to other console games

Damn, i didnt know that. My initial thought was that maybe their 3-10 year old games sell better then Sony's or MS's old games. It does seem like maybe the Mario games hold a lot of actual value throughout its lifetime though.
