Pretty sure it was inengine rather than CG. probably not much of a difference to you though. The infamous engine is pretty top tier though. Sure there is no gameplay here (possibly) or even for Death Stranding but why does that even matter? That doesnt detract that it was a pretty great announcement from a studio who makes fun games. Granted I hope they get rid of Infamous' floaty jumping since we are using a samurai here. Likewise for Death Stranding... The concept is cool. The thematic elements are cool. Like the vast majority of Sony reveals it is most likely running on the game engine. Suckerpunch is a competetent developer. Your Death Island like concerns are purely hyperbolic at this stage. |
No, there's not much of a difference because I still haven't seen any gameplay.
None of the Infamous games were so good that I'd suddenly show interest in any conept from Sucker Punch.
I'm looking forward to TLoUII, but I don't care much for a trailer which tells me practically nothing about the events of the game, and is just there to show off the new fancy graphics (which I probably won't see on my regular PS4 anyway).
The only thing I could get any excitement over was seeing the Shadow of the Colossus remake.
