Since they won't mention her name, it's either a person we would know, or someone significant enough that they don't want to reveal that info now, or they're trolling to make us think that. |
One possibility is, that she is Ellie's mom and this scene is some sort of flashback. We know she is pregnant because the other woman made a strong indication towards it when she said " You are nested with sin." while poking at her stomach.
