My biggest concern with Planet Coaster, and those kind of games, is that I never manage to build the park as I imagine it. And the more tools they give, the harder or more complex it becomes for me to actually use them to build the rides and other buildings

But I'll get it one day! When it's cheap and the users have shared a lot of content in the workshop for me to use ^.^

It had to be Ubisoft. When all the other devs start moving away from the now almost Denuvo, they go with it in a way that hinders performance.
