It's not only the top 20. We don't track multiplats because they're not of any great importance and, given the amount of multiplats that can be in the charts at once, it can become a nightmare to update. We only track console exclusive preorders, and only in the week of release UNLESS they manage to get into the top 20 outside of the month of release. 

P0isonparadise is doing a remarkably good job so I do hope that exclamation mark is meant to express playfulness (I'm assuming it is).
