Then you aren't eating the steak I'm eating. Not sure who your butcher is and where they are sourcing their meat but there is in steak, even if you are eating it super well done that little grey goup, that's mostly congialed blood and it's oh so tasty. there is blood in the cells of most meat I would assume, especially muscley meat like steak.

Yeah I live in a cow state. But I am pretty sure any red liquid you see is proteins or muscle tissue. If it was blood, it would taste like blood I am assuming and not steak.
