The Wii U, barring the launch campaign, had so few sizzle reel ads.  And those ads always appealed to the same young demographic and were super limited in the games they featured.  Never did they do one that featured, say, Bayonetta 2, Smash, and Hyrule Warriors.  And they never capitalized on backlog in advertising.  And their ads ran for short spans.  And they never marketed a non-exclusive 3rd party game.  To see them market 3 games rated T and up this early on targeted at an older demographic AND marketing a 3rd party multiplat...it's a profound change.

Bleh, the worst part about this sellout Nintendo is that people receive it well like this just because it's rated T and edgy. I miss the days of the Triforce of Power with Mom, Dad and Grandpa.

I'm 90% sure you are being sarcastic, but I really don't care about what rating a game has.  I was just pointing out Nintendo spent the entire Wii U gen petrified of giving any T or M game spotlight comparable to what they give their E and E10 titles.  And they definitely didn't want many if any of those games associated with the Nintendo brand, heaven forfend.
