I don't see MS opening some OG servers for just a couple of people that are going to play those games.  I don't see them as big as xb360 games.

Those servers can pop up on demand on Azure as VMs... Why not? I actually think Xbox Live will probably be working for those title (if not today, at some point). It is the beauty of the cloud, you do not need to dedicate any hardware.
