PS2 owners are looking to play sequels of the past big title like MGS FF Halo GT GTA. For this they will buy a Xbox360 or a PS3 (depending of the game OFC).
If Wii is able to share these sequel too, or even to have an exclusive one, then people will not have to buy expensive console, they will just have to buy a Wii.
That is all I wanted to say,
I never stated that Halo sequel is going to be released on the PS2,
