In Super I'm starting the Universal Tournament, and I knew that Freeza is doing that, but Freeza is treacherous by nature so I wouldn't count on it. Still, can't wait to finish that saga, loved the Black Goku and Universe 6 tourney. 

And Light only kill "bad" people, but he had a god-like power, and his ego was out of control, so... I wouldn't like him to be my Prime Minister XD

Well we will have to wait and see, a lot of people thought Picollo and Vegeta would turn back (and they gave several instances of thinking that), so perhaps Freeza will end up being an anti-hero but not doing harm.

On Light yes, we can't be sure as well how he would do being a PM.

 

 

On Note, the best PM would be the guy from Sanctuary.
