Yeah, I mean, they were both innate leaders, but Freeza loves to commit genocides (like in Namek and probably several other planetas) and Light Yagami is a psycho murderer imho XD. I usually doubt if he has a strong sense of moral or he just like to feel God. I tend to think it's the last one.

Both are valid reasonings...

But Freeza on Super is aligning with the good guys so far, perhaps he will become the new Vegeta... and Light for some could be seem as someone that is willing to do anything for the good of Japan. I don't remember he being on a killing spree of inocents.
