She has a boyfriend and said yes to a road trip with another guy. The two of them it seems. Got drunk with him and was having fun.

I can see how that can be a mixed message. I would just like to hear his side of the story. Even if this was it. He got in the shower with her, wich was clearly a mistake and left once told. I don't see the harassment.

This is not like the Heirnstein guy or whatever he was called where he didn't care about what the woman said and was doing it anyways without giving them a choice. That is harassment.

There is a deeper question to be asked here too. I need to repeat once again, I'm not saying who is or isn't guilty, I'm just considering things that people are ignoring:

As you said, she had a boyfriend and was sharing a hotel room with this other guy (rumoured to be Evilore). Her boyfriend left here because of it. Now, if he knew she was sharing hotel rooms with this guy then the only conclusion to make here is that he left her because this guy sexually harrased her. The boyfriend needs questioning and evaluating. Is that what happened? Or is it that she was sharing a room with this guy and her boyfriend only just found out? If so then clearly she hadn't told him, so for what reason didn't she tell him? Her boyfriend might well be that horrible but until we get his testimony we will not know.

Yes, i agree. I think this report is very one-sided and i think people overeacted without knowing the full story.

It doesn't 'prove' anything. People immediately want to put distance between themselves and controversy. I think that's what we're seeing here. How would those mods know any more than we do? Think about. I'm NOT saying he's innocent and I'm NOT saying he's guilty, I'm just saying we need to see proof and the woman in question needs to be asked some obvious questions, but unfortunately people are affraid to ask those questions because they fear it may look like they're siding with someone who has already been found guilty based on tweets and facebook. For society to function fairly, we need to have both parties questioned and not favour one over the other. I know for a victim of REAL sexual assault it's a harrowing time (I feel for their pain) but this is why we have courts and why real proof is needed. Have people even considered what questions need asking? I bet they haven't. They're just jumping on a bandwaggon set in motion by the recent Hollywood revelations.

Yes, the reaction of many NeoGAF moderators doesn't constitute definitive proof, but it's a clear indicator that the accusation isn't slander.

The mods know more than we do because they received message from Evilore directly.

Did they? Would be good if they said something if they did.

As far as i know they could just be unhappy with him and used this as a scapegoat. They can just aswell have overeacted at the mention of harassment without taking a moment to even analyse the situation and decided to clean their hands off it so their reputation didnt get affected aswell.

If i was in their shoes, i would probably leave aswell, but over the verbal abuse of the post event. The event itself i don't see as harassment. It was clear there were mixed messages there.
