Don't you have medical on your car insurance? I think it is required. That should guarantee it gets paid for. I know I got into an accident to someone who didn't have insurance and I had to pay for the deductible to fix the car but most plans have 0 deductible on medical. They would cover you to go to the chiropractor too which I would highly recommend given what I have read. Of course they will fight with the other insurance company for who will pay for it but that's not your fight. First you want to make a claim with his insurance and then tell your insurance too.
