Hardly would call scores ranging from 37-40/40 as inconsistent.

I woudl assume, what 39/40 is 97.5% but never cared to check.

I don't have a problem with the 3d mario scores. But New Super Mario Bros has a perfect score while 64 and Odyssey are 39.
