I literally don't know how to ponder this comment Have I been too blunt? I may have. Should have written this in 1st person.

I might add how I would classify the Zelda OSTs, in my own opinion:

1) Majora's Mask
2) A Link Between Worlds / Ocarina of Time
3) Oracle of Seasons (curious enough, I really like the music in this Oracle game)
4) Breath of the Wild / Twilight Princess
5) Wind Waker
6) Skyward Sword

So Breath isn't my favorite soundtrack but it would be far higher up than SS. They should put Ryo Nagamatsu for the next game - he's a wonderful composer.

Yeah, I mean you just listed dozens of songs from each game saying "these are the great ones, the others aren't" and stuff like that as if your opinion wasn't debatable. But, if we're going all out with the opinions, I'll rank my favorite Zelda soundtracks too..:

1. Skyward Sword
2. Breath of the Wild
3. The Wind Waker
4. Majora's Mask
5. Spirit Tracks
6. Ocarina of Time
7. A Link to the Past
8. A Link Between Worlds

Those are the soundtracks I really like, the others I think are only good at best. Also, I'd say there's quite a big gap between #2 and #3, and very small gaps between everything else.

I listed what I considered to be the catchy songs in each game, but it's up to debate. My opinion is no law. Skyward and Breath shares a lot in common: they both have at times very atmospheric or background tracks. Calm, quiet, not always memorable (by it I mean not bearing catchy hooks that helps you point them out quickly).

I understand I've been a bitch to Skyward xD Interesting choices you have there.
